Vintage painted urn table lamp with scroll handles

This table lamp began its life as a spelter urn and at some point it was converted to serve a new purpose while maintaining its classical charm. Condition –
The wiring and socket are in good shape and not as old as the urn base. Chipping paint on the urn. Some sealer loss where a cap was added to join the lamp hardware to the urn (not loose).
