1964 hand painted Giovanni Desimone vase with 1986 still life painting featuring the vase

A remarkable coincidence! Years ago I found this wonderful one-of-a-kind hand painted vase/bottle by Giovanni Desimone that he created in 1964. A few years later I stumbled into this painting from 1986 in a nearby state featuring the exact vase, down to every detail! It just wouldn't feel right breaking them apart after finding each other again. The late 20th century still life painting is done in a neo-Cubist style, drawing heavily on the aesthetic and techniques of the Cubist period. It is signed "M. Canela".

Condition –
The painting has some minor scrapes to the surface in some places. The vase is in excellent condition.
