1940s – Pair of candlesticks by Carl-Einar Borgström for Ystad Brons

These candlestick holders were designed by Carl-Einar Borgström in the 1940s. They are made of bronze but interestingly these and other pieces by Carl-Einar Borgström were painted with a gradient. The result of the paint combined with the scalloped detailing make these candle holders an eye catching conversation piece.
