1928 – Scorched wood art deco lamp with amazing patina and texture, rewired

Here's what I love about this lamp: It was hand crafted by a student in wood shop class in 1928, it perfectly captures the aesthetic of the era and at one point in its life it caught fire leaving an amazing texture and color to the stained wood. It has since been rewired with a new socket and beautiful black and white fabric cord.

Uses a standard uno lampshade (pictured is a 10" diameter shade). I can include the one pictured for an additional $30.

Condition –
Structurally in great condition. The surface has lots of wear and texture creating the wonderful appearance built from its lifetime of use. There is a split going down the center is from its creation and shows no signs of splitting further. Rewired and ready for use.
